The road to the World Cup isn’t just paved with asphalt; it’s glowing in team colors. Zohari Cars is tracking a creative tech update from Kia Corporation as they officially launch 16 new FIFA World Cup 2026™ Display Themes. Part of the "Inspiration Connects Us All" campaign, these digital skins transform your vehicle's interior into a personalized fan zone. From customized instrument clusters to exclusive startup animations, Kia is ensuring that owners of the latest ccNC-equipped models can rep their nation every time they turn the key.
Building on the global theme released in December, the new collection adds 15 country-specific designs—including host nations USA, Mexico, and Canada—and a special "49th Team" theme dedicated to the Kia Official Match Ball Carriers (OMBC). These themes don't just change the wallpaper; they overhaul the entire color palette and graphics of the digital cluster and infotainment screens. Whether you’re cheering for Argentina, South Korea, or Germany, your car’s interface will reflect the signature hues of your favorite squad, complete with tailored navigation and driving info layouts.
The themes are available for free download through the Kia Connect Store in the U.S., South Korea, and European markets. To apply them, owners must have an active Kia Connect subscription. Once purchased (at no cost), the theme is integrated via an over-the-air update and can be swapped at any time through the "Screen Layout" settings. For U.S. owners, the themes are applicable to models with 12-inch clusters, including the EV9, EV6, Telluride, and the all-new K4. These digital experiences will remain accessible until August 31, 2026, well beyond the tournament's final whistle.
At Zohari Cars, we love seeing brands use over-the-air tech to bring cultural celebrations inside the cabin. Kia’s partnership with FIFA, which dates back to 2007, continues to evolve into a richer, more immersive experience for drivers. It’s a small touch that makes a huge impact on the daily commute during the world’s biggest sporting event. Stay tuned as we feature a "Dashboard Tour" of our favorite themes in the 2027 Telluride later this month. The countdown to Mexico City and MetLife Stadium has officially moved into the driver’s seat.
